Valley Systema is launching a new Systema class in Blacksburg! To celebrate, they are offering a three hour introductory class for anyone interested in learning more about Systema and gaining some valuable self-defense skills.
This seminar is suitable for men and women age 13+. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
The cost is only $10, which will be donated to the church's food pantry, or an equivalent amount in non-perishable foods. Payment is expected during the check-in process at the beginning of the seminar.
There are a limited number of spaces available in this class. If the class fills and you would like to be placed on the waiting list, please email tiffany@valleysystema.com, and we will notify you if a space becomes available. You do not need to attend this seminar to take part in our regular classes.
